Important Update on Adhesives
The S9500 biodegradable adhesive has been discontinued with immediate effect. This adhesive was previously used across our entire biodegradable range including Semi‑Gloss White Paper Biodegradable, Bagasse Cane Fibre Biodegradable, Natureflex White Biodegradable, and Natureflex Clear Biodegradable.
While a replacement adhesive is in the development pipeline, no confirmed timeline is available. Current stock levels of discontinued products are reducing quickly, so please check availability before placing orders.

Are eco-friendly labels more expensive?
There may be instances where costs differ due to the materials used but we try to ensure our eco-friendly labels remain competitively priced. We provide eco-labels at a similar price to traditional labels and will always strive to find the best solution to align with your budget and sustainability goals. Are biodegradable and compostable labels recyclable?
No, they can’t be recycled or regenerated i.e. turned into something new again as they are designed to break down and degenerate.
Is the adhesive on the sticker also biodegradable?
Our sustainable label adhesives meet industrial compostability standard EN 13432, ensuring the entire label can be considered both compostable and biodegradable.
Is the ink also considered biodegradable and compostable?
Our label inks are kind to the planet and have been certified for compostability in accordance with EU Regulation EN 13432.
Can the labels go into a home compost?
The labels can be put into a normal home compost, but as they have not been officially tested under these circumstances, the way they break down may vary.
Is the backing paper used also biodegradable?
The backing paper (or liner) is not currently biodegradable. We are keen to introduce this as soon as biodegradable backing material becomes available.
