What is the Label Embossing Process?
Having your labels embossed simply creates a three-dimensional design. Text, company logo or other images can all be formed by utilising the embossing method.
The process of embossing labels involves the use of two metal dies, one has a raised surface and the other is recessed, the two fit into one another. Paper is placed between the dies, then heat and pressure are applied to permanently reshape the paper to take on the design.
We use this process in conjunction with metallic foil which provides the extremely eye catching distinction.
