Business As Usual
We are all aware that the corona virus pandemic will affect us all in some way. We just wanted to let our customers know that, although we have made some changes to the way we work, it is business as usual.
Service Levels
We want to provide the highest level of service, as always, however. the safety of our staff and customers is paramount. With this in mind, we are no longer taking visits from customers to our office until further notice. We apologise for this because we are always happy to have the chance to actually talk to our clients personally, but we know you will understand this stance.
Lead Times
With regard to lead times, currently we are able to complete orders in the normal time, however, if our suppliers begin to have problems in keeping our stock levels up then this could have a negative impact. If you have an urgent order, please ask us at the time to confirm the lead time, as this may change as circumstances evolve.
Home Working
With regard to home working, all our office staff are equipped and prepared to work from home and we foresee that there will be no impact in our ability to respond to telephone and email queries or provide prompt quotations. So please continue to contact us as normal.
